Hope your campuses are filled with the energy and excitement of students coming back and a new semester! Thanks for the great conversation at our meeting, here are the highlights:
Carnegie Sustainability Designation
System-wide Data Tracking Platform
Course Tagging & Data Tracking

Minnesota identified 275 community-engaged courses across 5 campuses via faculty survey; most lack the formal CEL attribute.

Wiping existing CEL designations this fall and rebuilding with consistent system-wide criteria (process took ~3 years).

Implementing
GivePulse integrated with Canvas; shift toward faculty self-management with technical support and expanded faculty development.

Data currently cobbled from surveys, internship flags, field placement searches, and clinical rotation records.

This will be the focus of our October meeting.
