With the migration to Outlook, we are having major issues with email and calendaring. Several of you reached out (while I was out of the office), so thought it most beneficial to reply to all of you. The two attachments (with QR codes) are only the parking map as to where you should park. North of Nebraska Hall in the 'boathouse' parking lot. Good Morning Advisory Board Members, Attached to this email is the agenda for next week's meeting, the membership list and parking information/directions. Please let me know if you have any questions. We are looking forward to seeing everyone next week! Lorrie Parking Information: Lorrie, Our new parking platform enables us to create virtual and digital conference parking permits, eliminating the need for attendants to hand out permits physically. This means that participants must register their vehicle's license plate with University Parking and Transit Services so that our enforcement can verify they have a special event permit. Lastly, you will only be charged for the number of vehicles registered for the event. Please encourage them to follow the instructions implicitly because failure to register their vehicle correctly may result in a parking ticket. I have attached the EV546- COE- Advisory Board Meeting parking arrangements for September 19, 2025. * 30 Daily-Conference Permits have been allocated for the Boathouse Area A or Area C * A Parking Map with a QR Code linked to Google Maps for your guests' convenience. * Please find the instructions below, which should be sent to participants, so they may register their license plate to obtain their daily conference permit.
