Thanks Craig,
I was able to log in and add most of our information and it worked well! Here are some questions/comments I have:
* Can you upload a square version of our logo to our exhibitor booth? It’s causing me fits this morning. * I added our team as Admin and Booth Reps so we could all see what our sponsors/exhibitors see! * Can you change “Lindsay” to “Lindsay Corporation” and “Valmont” to “Valmont Industries” in all instances? * Is the portal just for the virtual exhibitor booth or do they also need to change anything in the sponsor section somehow? It looks like you’ve already put in all the sponsor info so maybe not. 😊 * To capture leads or interact with attendees virtually, do exhibitors need to purchase the “LeadCapture” license? I was thinking this was a free option available to exhibitors and would be hesitant for them to purchase, as I don’t think the value would be there. If they do have to purchase, is there a way to delete this option? * You can find the best contact for all our sponsors/exhibitors in this file: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12iSCamEHwo2Jus2WXKPaotitwMtU9892r973... * The best contact is highlighted in green on the third tab. * Arianna will add the missing info for the Midwest Dairy Association and Nebraska Soybean Board. * Note that we had some new adds earlier this week so please add the following: * Sorghum United – Level: Bronze Sponsor and Exhibitor Booth (They will not receive an in-person exhibitor booth, but I think it is fine to give them the virtual exhibitor booth. Thoughts?) * Nebraska Soybean Board – Level: Tour Sponsor and Exhibitor Booth (They will not receive an in-person exhibitor booth, but I think it is fine to give them the virtual exhibitor booth. Thoughts?) * National Center for Alluvial Aquifer Research – Level: Exhibitor Booth – Their logo is now available in the NCAAR folder here: [Folder icon] Logoshttps://uofnelincoln.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/UNL-IANRDaughertyWaterforFoodInstitute-Office/EprMElrpD_hOosvLt2xOGlgBrkMC9fQZmoXWLxvgkjs9eQ?e=hI3ZNy * Irrigation Innovation Consortium – I am 90% sure they will be a booth sponsor but haven’t confirmed/paid so leave them off for now.
Thanks!

From: Craig Eiting ceiting@nebraska.edu Date: Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 1:27 PM To: Frances Hayes fhayes@nebraska.edu Subject: Cvent Exhibitor Portal Hi Frances, I am working to get the cvent exhibitor portal working for our conference. I will send you an invitation to the ‘Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute’ exhibitor item shortly. I already filled in some of the content to see if it would work on my end. If you could take a moment and fill out the rest of the information, then we can see if this is working properly. One note, if you previously used the cvent exhibitor portal, it will ask you to login with the previous email and password. If you cannot remember, click the ‘forgot password’ button. I tried it for a new email, and it asks to create a new account if there is not a cvent account setup.
Another item, could you send me a list of all the sponsors or exhibitors and the primary contact information (First Name, Last Name, Email) for the contacts at each organization? It will then send an email, like the one that you received.
Thanks!
Craig
