I have merged several sessions in a new file in the Cvent folder:
If you hear from the Cvent rep that this will be okay, please update.
The boxes highlighted in yellow were previous changes made yesterday (along with the new speakers adds highlighted in yellow on the
Speakers.xlsx). Those
in green are the new merge changes, and those in red need to be deleted (I think you need to do these manually). My understanding is that you should just be able to upload the new merge spreadsheet and then delete the sessions highlighted in red.
Side note: Be sure that the moderator session setting remain. I scheduled the virtual moderators for the entire span of the closing/plenary session on the
volunteer spreadsheet so I don’t anticipate this needing updated, but if you could double check that would be great.
