Could you export the following lists out of Cvent for our future email communications? The bolded date is the date I’d like the report ran to capture the most recent attendees. Arianna will cover the Monday side event emails.
* Thursday, April 24 * List of all virtual attendees (5 days out reminder) * List of all in-person registrants (non-Cvent email in case they don’t receive the CC ones) * List of all Friday, May 2 side tour registrants (1 week out reminder) * List of all Thursday NIC Tour registrants (1 week out reminder) * Friday, April 25 * List of all in-person registrants (3 day out reminder email) * Sunday, April 27 (for Monday, this could also be done first thing Monday) * List of all in-person registrants (Day 1 email) * List of all Monday, April 28 side tour registrants (1 day out reminder) * Monday, April 28 (for Tuesday) * List of all in-person registrants (Day 2 email) * List of all virtual attendees (Day 1 email) * Tuesday, April 29 (for Wednesday) * List of all in-person registrants (Day 3 email) * List of all virtual attendees (Day 2 email) * Wednesday, April 30 (for Thursday) * List of all in-person registrants (Day 4 email) * List of all Thursday NIC Tour registrants (1 day out reminder) * List of all virtual attendees (Day 3 email) * Thursday, May 1 (for Friday) * List of all in-person registrants (Post-event email) * List of all virtual attendees (Post-event email) * List of all Friday, May 2 Side Tour registrants (1 day out reminder)
