Hi Craig,

I checked out the floor plans and I think they look just fine – they show people how to get to the main locations.

Since we have only 9 exhibitor booths this year and they’ll all pretty prominent, I’d say we skip the exhibitor floorplan. Four will be right next to the registration booth, three in the Breakout A hallway and the other two on the second floor right outside the entrance to the auditorium. I think you’d have to try hard to miss them!

Thoughts?

Thanks!

One other small issue that I noticed is that we may need to update the maps in the app. We can also optionally add a map for the exhibitors.

If it needs to be updated let me know.

For the exhibitors, I will need the latest floorplan files. If we are adding exhibitors, it would help to have two maps – one with the exhibitor locations indicated, and one that is without the printed names to display within the app.

Hi Frances,

The speakers and schedule should be up to date. I was able to manually delete the red sessions. All the settings copied over from the existing sessions.

I also updated the speakers and added photos for those that were available through the spreadsheet provided by Amber.

Hi Craig,

I hope you are feeling better this afternoon!

I have merged several sessions in a new file in the Cvent folder:

xlsx icon Schedule-MERGE.xlsx

If you hear from the Cvent rep that this will be okay, please update.

The boxes highlighted in yellow were previous changes made yesterday (along with the new speakers adds highlighted in yellow on the xlsx icon Speakers.xlsx). Those in green are the new merge changes, and those in red need to be deleted (I think you need to do these manually). My understanding is that you should just be able to upload the new merge spreadsheet and then delete the sessions highlighted in red.

Side note: Be sure that the moderator session setting remain. I scheduled the virtual moderators for the entire span of the closing/plenary session on the volunteer spreadsheet so I don’t anticipate this needing updated, but if you could double check that would be great.

Thanks!
