Thank you for helping out with the Heuermann Lecture again this year! We will use the same event platform (Cvent) but are using a new A/V team this year. I’m including Claire Turner, our account rep from Sonburst in this email to connect you both, as they’ll be managing the video and A/V for the entire conference from our end, including the Heuermann Lecture. Claire, as I mentioned on Friday, Mike and his team help to livestream the Heuermann Lecture (Tuesday, April 29, 4:30-6 p.m.) to another website to be viewed by the general public. Let us know what else you might need from us to ensure it runs smoothly.

Hi Mike,

I hope all is well with you. We are once again thinking about the upcoming 2025 Water for Food Global Conference. It is set for April 28-May 2, 2025. We will be livestreaming part of the conference. We would like your assistance to help monitor the livestream feeds, and provide any immediate IT assistance. We do not need help with AV or the distribution through the internet. We have a separate AV contractor hired to help with this. Would you be able to help us with this?
