Thanks Claire,
Just to clarify that I’m understanding correctly, we should keep the sessions as separate in the Cvent app/website but you’ll just assign the same livestream feed to each session. Is that correct? If so, I think that will work well!
Thanks for helping us troubleshoot this.

Chatted with Nate — he concurs with Craig.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
Thanks! Claire

Hi Frances,
I’ll check with Nate on this today but I would suggest following Craig's line of thinking by using the same broadcast link for both sessions. This way we do not need to reset, and the virtual attendees do not need to jump from one feed to the other.
I'll confirm with Nate this morning and let you know if he has other ideas, but that's likely the best route.
Thanks! Claire

Hi Claire,
I was talking with the team about the session and wanted your expertise. You’ll see in our schedule that there are several back-to-back plenary sessions:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H6Qx8BUz... https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H6Qx8BUzVnfkTtE7NfGTD7nxCCEpQ2Wo3pNMqCVAW8w/edit?usp=sharing__;!!PvXuogZ4sRB2p-tU!Gu744cni4C5Hgrt9IBSI7lBLN3DTsQyp6NO00Mc1DA-jxUVU6RM07wTaXR3_dgdthfkqmQ0Cw7g8bM6xfNo$
For in-person attendees it makes most sense to list these as separate sessions but there won’t be much of a break for our virtual participants to leave one session and enter the next as they kinda blend together live. Particularly the “Welcome and Opening Remarks” and the first plenaries on Tuesday and Wednesday. This might also present a challenge for you team having to jump from one feed to the next very quickly.
Craig had a great question of if we could livestream to both Cvent sessions with the same feed? Otherwise, is it best to merge the two sessions on Cvent? This might present some challenges within the app but I’m not sure. If you could let me know what you think would be the best option, we could discuss in our team meeting tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.
Thanks!
