Instructions for adding last-minute powerpoints:

Find Tricia, Amber or Frances at the Registration Desk
Use a flash drive or other way to transfer the speaker’s presentation to their computer.
If they don’t know the title of their session, find their name here (2025 Global Conference Sessions) and the corresponding session number. Some speakers are in multiple sessions so verify the correct session with the speaker.
Use this document (2025 WFGC Room Assignments) to find the Location of their presentation, along with the Day and Time.
Drop the presentation into the corresponding folder here (Presentations by room) using the following naming system: [SessionCode_SpeakerLastName] (Example: CS6_Hayes.pptx)
Mark that we have received their presentation in the speaker spreadsheet (2025 Global Conference Sessions) (Presentation column)
