Hi Frances, This all looks good to me. I noticed that we still have the email addresses listed on the spreadsheet. Is it necessary to share this information on email with Firespring? From a security perspective, I am not sure this is a good idea, especially since we have had problems with this earlier. I can remove the email column before sending to Firespring if necessary.
Thanks!
Craig

Hi Amber and Craig,
Attached is the clean name badge list for Firespring (current as of today, April 14) and it is approved on my end.
I only saw two special characters in the names (and a handful in the organizations) so I’m not sure why we have so many less this year, but I did edit Nick and Renata’s to include their special characters. Also, I left the email addresses in case we need to look them up or something, but they aren’t needed for the name badges.
I noticed that there were more names on this list than the number we have for in-person attendance, so I investigated it a bit more. On the 4th tab of the document Amber sent, there is a column for “Attendance Type” that lists “In Person” and then the next column is “In-Person Attendance” which lists “yes” or “no.” Those that are marked “no” appear to be our 30 virtual attendees. However, since some of them are virtual conference attendees but attending site tours in person, I say we just leave them all on the print list to be safe. Sound good?
Also, an FYI that I added/modified the following names to the list:
* Jeff Gold (providing opening comments on April 30 but didn’t register) * Rodney Bennett (not likely to come, but just in case) * Jeff Raikes (Peter said he mentioned he will now be in Nebraska during the conference so may come) * Yeyin Shi (Concurrent Speaker – Christopher’s session) * Popat Pawar (Concurrent Speaker – Chittaranjan’s session – Waiting on Visa) * Kazungu Maitaria (Concurrent Speaker – Christopher’s session) * Karin Jeanneret Vezzini (Concurrent Speaker – Nick’s session) * Moisés Schmidt (Brazilian Plenary – Christopher’s session) * Claudio Caamaño (FAO Plenary) * Rachel Whitehair (Nebraska Corn Board – leading a tour and a sponsor but hasn’t registered) * Tom Hoxmeier (Nebraska Soybean Board – leading a tour and a sponsor but hasn’t registered) * Nate Blum (Sorghum United – Sponsor but hasn’t registered) * Patricio Grassini (Removed the extra “s” in his name)
We can provide the second run to Firespring next Monday and will also order some blank ones for those who show up without registering.
Thanks!

Attached is the registrant list for the name badges. We are still waiting on some of the AIBA Brazilian delegation, but this should be most everyone.
