Here are some answers to your questions!:
1. Our A/V team downloads the latest version of PowerPoints each morning. If you did not receive the presentations prior to that morning, the best option would be for the presenter to bring the presentation on a flash drive and find Amber or Tricia immediately upon check-in Tuesday morning. They will copy the presentation into the correct folder for the session. As you can imagine this is not ideal with 100 speakers participating and our A/V team likes to test the presentation prior to assure fonts/images/etc. display correctly. However, I understand this session has been a moving target through no fault of your own!
1. All plenary and concurrent sessions are livestreamed on our Cvent conference website/app and are available for playback by any registered attendees. Additionally, we will post the recorded sessions on Youtube within about a month of the conference end.
1. All the speaker bios we have will be attached to your event on the Cvent conference website or app (which is available for download now). However, I see that Mr. Jafer has not yet registered for the conference. Additionally, since he is a late add and wasn’t able to use our speaker registration link, the system will not capture his bio so you would need to collect that from him directly.

CS15 - as you are aware this session is evolving given the recent addition of speaker from Saudi Arabia. I may not have everyone's slides before the session on Tuesday. What options do we have for a back-up plan if I get slides right before the session?

Will the speaker bios be available to the moderators before the session to help with intros?
