* You have virtual moderator access for all sessions. Navigate to your assigned session and enter the session. * You’ll see a chat box and Q&A area. * As the session opens, type the following into the chat box:
* “Welcome! As we get started, please share your name, your organization and where you are located. As the session proceeds please type any questions you have for our speakers in the Q&A area, rather than here in the chat box.” * You can remind them of this as the session goes on and add additional commentary if you’d like. * Here’s another prompt to use if you wish. “Have additional questions for a speaker? Want to connect with another attendee? Send a message to connect with them in the conference app!”
* Our A/V team will keep an eye on livestreaming and attend to any video or audio issues. * During the Q&A/Discussion time for your session, pose the most interesting/thoughtful questions or the ones with the most votes to the session speakers.
