I checked and somehow these sessions were set to be restricted based on your registration type. I removed the restrictions so that everyone can see these sessions. You may need to close and reopen your app for it to appear on your schedule.

Yes- nothing showing between 9 and 10:30am. This is what I see when I look at “all sessions” for the day. I can’t add the concurrent sessions to my schedule as they are not there. It’s not a real issue as I can refer to the agenda on the web site, but wanted to pass it on. It sounds like it’s working for you.

Hi Rena,

Thanks for your email! Can you please double check that you have “all sessions” selected within the app? There is also a “My Schedule” option that only includes plenary sessions and those concurrent session you have added to your schedule. Do let me know if you’re still running into issues and we will certainly want to look into this further, but I double checked and all concurrent sessions are appearing for me.
