The 4/28 Ag Innovation tour has room for 1, the 5/1 Innovation Campus Tour has room for 6, the 5/2 Ag Water Management tour has room for 20. We have to know today how many people to expect for each. It would be ideal to have their names and email addresses, so they can receive communications from the tour leaders.

I spoke with Jesse regarding the email below and he advised me to reach out to you both for awareness and help coordinating visitors from Saudi Arabia. We had invited Rashad Alghamdi to speak during our drought session (CS15). He directed us to address a formal invitation to the CEO of his organization, Dr. Alabdulqader. I received the email below from Abdulrahman A. Jafer (Sharawi) yesterday saying Dr. Alabdulqader accept's our invitation to attend and speak at the conference. I had been sending our session communications to Rashad but hadn't heard back from him. Therefore, I'm not sure if Rashad and Dr. Alabdulqader are both attending and speaking, and maybe others? In terms of the session we have room I believe in our schedule to add a speaker or two. Frances, would you and your team be able to help with next steps with this group?
