Hi Craig,
I had a bit of time to review further and the schedule and speaker sections look good! Some additional notes:
* I may adjust the “featured” sessions and speakers. I had previously set all as featured since we didn’t have a lot, but we can refine that now. I’ll move our plenary speakers to “featured” but am not sure what criteria I should use for “featured” sessions (or if we need to have any featured?) Can you provide any guidance on that? * Do you think I should include breaks on the schedule or just take those off? What do most conferences do? * Can we default the speaker list to sorted by last name? * I assume it will pull in speaker photos at some point?
For the “More section” here are some edits:
* Directions * Remove (May 8 & 9) from under the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center * Remove the Courtyard Lincoln Downtown Hotel section * Add: * Country Pines (Wednesday night reception venue) * 6305 W Adams Street, Lincoln, NE, 68524 * View in Google Mapshttps://maps.app.goo.gl/qaVaUBTbk6w4QoQA8 * About Water for Food * In final sentence in the first paragraph change the year “2023” to “2025” * Contact Us * Add: * Side Tours * Arianna Elnes (aelnes@nebraska.edumailto:aelnes@nebraska.edu) * Shuttle Service to/from Wednesday Evening Reception: * We are happy to provide round trip bus transportation to Country Pines and back to Nebraska Innovation Campus and The Scarlet Hotel. More details about timing are available in the conference app or at the Registration Desk. The shuttle will drop off and pick up at the bus stop located just south of the Conference Center. * [Image] * Water for Food Digest * Link doesn’t work on my phone – can you double check it? * Parking * Remove details about “Parking at the Nebraska East Union” * Graduate Student Poster Competition * Remove this page * On Demand * Does this include the recordings of the sessions as they are available? Otherwise we probably don’t need this page.
This is coming together!

You can logon to the App using the QR codes within the attached PDF from your phone. Bring up the QR code on your screen and then scan it with your phone. Note that the Attendee Hub website is not working currently.
If you could verify that you can logon and access our conference app that would be helpful. In addition, reviewing the ‘Speakers’ and ‘Schedule’ sessions, along with the content in the more section (lower right button) would be helpful. Any speakers and schedule problems can be changed in the spreadsheets on SharePoint. I will continue to build out the app next week, so there is no need to review other sections such as the homepage at this point.
If you run into any problems, just let me know.
Thanks!
Craig
