This a reminder that the poster presentation is tomorrow, Tuesday, 4/29.
We look forward to your participation.
What we provide
Poster stands and pins will be available to you so all you need to bring is your printed poster.
Poster size
You are responsible for designing and printing your poster. We suggest a maximum poster size of
46" (width) x 34" (height) – landscape orientation - with no less than size 16 font.
Set-up
You can hang your poster anytime Tuesday, April 29, 2:30-5:30 p.m. in the Banquet Hall on the second floor of the Nebraska Innovation Conference Center. The NIC Conference
Center is located at 2021 Transformation Drive, Lincoln, NE 68508 USA. Display boards and adhesive material (e.g., pins) will be provided.
Parking
Parking is available in the lot north of Transformation Drive. Use the
Passport Parking app (Zone 9900) to pay for parking. (Pay stations cannot be used for lot
parking.) Learn more

On-street parking is also available and can be paid for on the
Passport Parking app (zone 80) or at a pay station located near the metered parking. Learn

If you have a current UNL parking permit, you can request reciprocal parking access in advance for Nebraska Innovation Campus by notifying Parking and Transit Services
at unlpts@unl.edu.
When to staff your poster
The Graduate Student Poster Competition is the highlight of our Tuesday evening reception! We ask that you attend the full reception and be available for questions
from our attendees and poster judges 6:00-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29. You are welcome to attend the Heuermann Lecture 4:30-6:00 p.m. after setting up your poster and prior to the reception. A current conference schedule is available

Poster removal
You can remove your poster and take it with you immediately after the Tuesday evening reception ends at 8:30 p.m. We will try to save any posters left after that
time but cannot guarantee that it will be available.
