Just finished and all is working well.

Thanks for the offer. I think we can decide tomorrow if we want to adjust. For now, they are going to their own offices.

I am comfortable with where everything stands as-is.

Thanks!

Craig

Thanks Craig,

If it helps, I’m happy to share my ID with them and just text you or borrowing Ambers card if I need inside the office. I don’t anticipate coming up often if at all.

Up to you!

How did the livestream test go?

Hi Frances,

I wanted to let you know that I heard back from the IT team today, and they will probably not be able to provide IT support onsite, due to the front door being locked. They are trying to get card access, the last I heard. If they are unable to do this, they agreed work from their office to support us. I do not want to deal with having to let them in the front door regularly, or accidently getting locked out while nobody to let them in if our office is empty (like lunch).

This is adequate for what I need. Just having the support during the concurrent sessions will be the most needed. As long as they can get into our Slack and let us know there are problems with the livestream, that is my priority.

I am also finding they are not as responsive as when Warren helped us out, which is not surprising. They should still be able to help with simple issues such as Wi-Fi if necessary, right away in the morning.

We can also re-adjust accordingly once we know more later on.

Thanks

Craig
