The Department of Food Science and Technology announces: Discovering Food Science: The Science of Popcorn, a one-day science camp for students grades 6-12 on October 14th or 15th, 2024.
Students will learn about different corn grains and how science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) are intertwined to transform
corn kernels into delicious popcorn!
Camp fee is $15. Financial scholarships are available!
