You are invited to taste samples of Beef Strip Steaks. The panels will be held on Wednesday, October 29^th, Friday, October 31^st, and Friday, November 7^th, in the Sensory Laboratory (FIC 103) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Tasting will occur from 10:00 to 11:00 am.   You can attend all 3 days as the samples are all different.  As usual a "treat" will be provided. Your participation in this panel will be greatly appreciated!
