Good Morning –

 

We’ve been busy working on a very special new product launch at the FPC and the Dairy store, available today Emeritus Limited Edition launch of Aged over two years Cheddar, in both New York and Sharp Varieties! 

 

We’ve sealed these fine cheeses in wax and they can be purchased separately in 8 oz blocks, in a Nebraska-shaped gift basket, or in a gift box with crackers and summer sausage from our UNL Loeffel Meat Shoppe.  This is the first time we’ve launched a product line that is of premium quality with wax dipping, very proud of the FPC team and our student workers for unlocking this packaging technique, it complements the elevated flavor profile of the cheddar that has been aged over two years!  

 

Please stop by our Dairy store on East campus, we’ll be open through Sunday, this will make a great gift or to share as you entertain friends and family.  We’ve also posted to social media, if you would be kind to give us a like and a comment so that we can achieve maximum reach we’d appreciate it!
