Liyun Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, advised by Dr. Philip Johnson and Dr. Melanie Downs. Her research focuses on proteomics of allergenic foods. She received her M.S. in Food Science and Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2019.
