You are invited to taste samples of sour cream! The panels will be held on Tuesday, July 23rd, in the Sensory Laboratory (Room 103) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Tasting will occur from 10:30 am to Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.   As usual a "treat" will be provided. Your participation in this panel will be greatly appreciated!
