ARONIA SALSA

“You are invited to taste samples of Aronia berries salsa! The panels will be held on Tuesday, May 14^th, in the Sensory Laboratory (Room 103) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Tasting will occur from 9:30 am to Noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.   As usual a "treat" will be provided:

• Cinnamon Rolls
• Mini Muffins
• Apple strudel bites
• Cookies

Your participation in this panel will be greatly appreciated!  Allergens Include: Wheat (from flour), Milk (from butter), Eggs (from eggs in batter), Soy (possible from lecithin or other additives), Chocolate (may contain milk or soy depending on processing), Peanuts (possible in some cookie varieties like peanut butter cookies), Tree nuts (depending on the recipe, some cookies might have nuts).”
