FDST 492/892: Fundamentals of Beer Brewing and Analysis will be offered in Pre-Spring term

Enroll to Learn:

• The basic science behind beer brewing
• Brewing at different scales (homebrew – UNL’s 3.5 bbl brewhouse)
• Recipe design and brewing plans

All students are welcome, but sensory analysis is limited to individuals over 21.
