Good Morning,

On July 30th, Chancellor Bennett sent an email that UNL would observe an instructional continuity day on Friday, September 20th as Husker football hosts Illinois on Friday night.  The Department of Food Science & Technology will be following this directive.  “Only essential employees should report to work on campus; all other employees should work remotely.  Employees should consult with their supervisor to confirm whether they are able to work remotely or report to campus.  Further guidance, including FAQs, are here.”

The building will be locked, but all employees and graduate students should have access to and around the building via their NE Nova/Tetrad badges or Ncards as normally permitted.  Parking is as usual on NIC as none of the lots around the building nor the lot used for student parking is utilized for football parking.

Best Regards,
Julie
