Just a reminder to make sure everything is picked up off the lab floors before you leave this afternoon.  Make sure all of your items are labeled with your lab number.  Thank you and Happy Holidays!  Julie

Hi All,

This year the lab floors are scheduled to be done over the holiday break.  Below is the schedule that CBF has provided on when they will be in the labs working on floors.  Please do not enter these labs on these days!  If you have a conflict, please let me know IMMEDIATELY.

Anything that is on the floors of the labs needs to be moved to a countertop or rolled out into the hallway before you leave for holiday break!  Please label all items left in the hall with the lab number of where it belongs.  The cleaning crew will move the items back into the labs as indicated on the schedule below.  They will just move the items to inside the doors of the labs.

If you come back into the labs before January 2nd, please do not move any furniture into the labs until 48 hours after the floors were done.  As 2nd & 3rd floors are being done on Monday and Tuesday (23 & 24), do not move furniture back into those labs until Friday the 26th.

The floors in 201A, labs 201-211 (odd numbered labs only), and the small room between 306-310 will not be done as requested.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Happy Holidays!

Julie
