Hi All,

Our custodial company will be doing some hallway floors this holiday shutdown.  They are not stripping down the floors; they will only be waxing the high traffic areas.  The floors will be closed from about 7:00 am and should be ready to walk on by 1:00 pm that same day.

They will have barriers, tape, cones, etc. closing off the entrances and hallways while they are working on them and letting them dry.  Do not go around, over, or under any of these barriers.  Please wait until 1:00 pm to enter these areas.

They have also asked that you not run any carts on the floors for 48 hours.  So, please no carts until December 31st on the north side and January 1st on the south side.

They are also planning on cleaning the inside of the windows on the inside in the labs.  Please try to pull items away from the windows before you leave for break.

Please plan ahead for these closures.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Julie
