Dr. Almenar, an IFT Fellow, will be giving a seminar on “Sustainable Food Packaging” tomorrow at noon in FIC 277. Since we don’t have a packaging course or program here at UNL, this is a great opportunity to learn more about this topic.

This is our last “official” FDST 951 seminar of the semester. But stay tuned…something’s brewing for Thu, Dec 11, at noon...
