Steve has been flavoring and creating solutions for consumer packaged foods
for 14 years. Currently, he works in Research and Development at Conagra
Brands, where he leads ingredient technology for all brands, leveraging his
expertise in ingredients and formulation for innovation, productivity, and
strategy. Prior to Conagra Brands, Steve spent the first part of his career
working in the flavor industry, with Spicetec and Givaudan, where he
specialized in snack seasoning creation and flavor application. In addition to
work, Steve is nearing completion of his Ph.D, where his research has been
focused on development of novel flavor delivery systems using clean
ingredients and processes. Steve earned a B.S. Degree and M.S. Degree in
Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Mr. Kaiser's seminar will be followed by a 25 minute workshop on Networking
imparted by Dr. Lisa Rhode, Associate Director of Teaching and Research
Development at the Office of Graduate Studies.
