Franklin Sumargo
earned his Master’s Degree in Food Science & Technology in 2016 and resumed his PhD studies in 2020. He currently works as a Scientist in Food Applications at Corbion, specializing in food safety and preservatives
for ready-to-eat refrigerated products. Franklin provides critical applied food science expertise while supporting sales teams, customers, and internal innovation groups.
