Hello everyone,

I am excited to introduce you to the folks growing in the greenhouse!  We will be exploring seeds and their teachings.  We will spend about an hour in the greenhouse before heading over to the classroom to talk about our reflections from Braiding Sweetgrass Chapter 1: Skywoman Falling and enjoying lunch.

Please bring your journals with any reflections from this week's chapter - what stood out to you? Robin Kimmerer says...Winter is a time for storytelling. What stories do you enjoy hearing in the winter?

Where we will meet:

This week we will be meeting at the Entomology #3 Greenhouse on East Campus at 9am.  It is just a few blocks north of Plant Sciences Hall off of 38th Street.  Click here to see the location of the greenhouse on a map or look at the attached PDF map.  After the greenhouse, we will walk back to Plant Sciences Hall (where we met last week).

*If tomorrow is your first class, please bring your social security number to complete the paperwork for your stipend.
