Hello Dr. Iverson,

According to the tracking sheet, we received it. Trisam unpacked it on 04/04/24 and indicated it came with a packing slip. I know Carley submitted all receipts received about two weeks ago if I'm not wrong so they should have it.  
I'll crosscheck when I get to the lab if perhaps it fell but I doubt that.
