Hello everyone,

I’m trying to set up a time for our group meeting this semester. I’ve made a when2meet poll (https://www.when2meet.com/?28256099-ZD4N2), please fill it out with days/times that work for you. If you have meetings one Friday a month that will get in the way of coming to group meeting, please mark yourself as available and email me separately to let me know (that is just one example).

We will not meet during spring break and can determine if there are other weeks/days that are not good for meeting as the semester progresses.

We are going to try to meet for 2 hrs each week, with 1 hr for writing (if undergrads don’t have anything to work on they can skip this time – probably most weeks undergrads can use this as study time or not come for this part) and 1 hr for research updates and information sharing.

As you know, I like to bring snacks to our meetings, so if you have any food allergies or foods that you avoid please email me to let me know (even if you think I already know, this will help me to remember – for example, I know that Trisam doesn’t eat some types of meat, but I’m not totally sure of what types).

Please fill this out as soon as possible, so that we can get our schedule set!
