We have been able to move the boxes successfully but we will use tomorrow's meeting time from 3-4pm to move the shelfs out.
Please make it a point to be there, we need as many hands as we can get.

Based on the responses we will start Sept 6 which is next Friday from 3-5pm.
Those not available at exactly 3pm can join us later on. 

I do not think we will use 2 hours for this but we can go have icecream at the Diary Store whenever we finish!

Hi team,

 

We have been given permission to use room 256 for our new confocal microscope.

 

Since Portia is going to be in charge of the microscope to start, I would like to ask her to organize a time for everyone to work on clearing out the room and getting everything set up. That time might not be for a few weeks, I will leave it up to her to decide. But I would appreciate if everyone helps when she gets this set up.
