Hello everyone, Thank you for showing interest in attending this year WIS event!

As you all received the announcement for the event previously from Dr. Iverson, this event will be on Friday and Saturday 4/5 and 4/6. I have also included some details just to make sure everyone is informed about the plan.

1. For Friday, the event will be on Innovation Campus from 2-3:30 p.m. I will be going to the Friday event as well. So far, I know that Trisam and James are coming. Please respond to this email if you are coming and need a ride, so we can arrange to carpool.

1. For Saturday, the event will be at the Willa Cather Dining Complex on the first floor. Please, let's meet at 8:15 a.m. to set up the tables. Let me know if you are coming and need a ride so that we could coordinate the carpool.

2. For those of you who did not get to attend last year and are not familiar with the project, we can talk about it tomorrow in the office sometime between 10:30-12 p.m.

3. You do not need to do anything other than showing up and be there in case students have questions or need help with something. It'd be cool if you are prepared to chat with students about your research or biomedical engineering in general while walking around their table to inspire future engineers!
