We are still having issues with bringing up DEV and TST instances, DBAs are working with Oracle to resolve the issue.

There is an issue with applying the hotfix and we need to restart CISDEV database servers. CSDEVNU / CSDEVSC, CSTSTNU / CSTSTSC will be down while the database servers are getting restarted.

Hello - DBA's will be applying an ORACLE hotfix into DEV and TST database servers between 1:00pm - 2:00pm this afternoon. DBA's will be patching one host at the time and there will be a short interruption to users while they switch between the hosts.

Instances might have issues CSDEVNU / CSDEVSC, CSTSTNU / CSTSTSC.
