Thank you all for your interest in participating in the Spectrum Week Poster Session.

During Spectrum Week, there will be two SWIFT-specific poster sessions, and each participant will be assigned to one of them. These poster sessions are scheduled throughout the day on Monday, May 13th. They offer an excellent chance for engaging discussions on research projects, fostering dialogue between you and our audience guests.

We ask that everyone upload your completed poster via the submission link below. Posters will also be posted on the website. You are responsible for printing and bringing the poster yourself.

Deadline: May 3

Please plan to complete your posters on or before May 3. That deadline will give us enough time to upload your files to the Conference website and time for you to print your poster prior to traveling. 

If you prefer to have your poster printed in DC so you don't have to travel with it, there is a FedEX Print location within walking distance of the hotel:
