Tips for a Successful Career Fair:
✔️ Bring a Team That Represents Your Culture
Having friendly, knowledgeable reps (especially alumni!) makes a big impression.
✔️ Display Roles Clearly
Use signage or flyers to show what positions you're hiring for – this draws in more qualified candidates.
✔️ Be Approachable
Step out from behind the table, make eye contact, and invite students to engage.
✔️ Share a Takeaway
Branded materials, QR codes to job listings, or even a “next steps” flyer help students follow up effectively.
✔️ Gather Contacts
Bring a sign-up sheet or tablet to capture student info for easy follow-up.
