Hi Amber,
I will try to make this as brief and easy to follow as I possibly can, but feel free to send anyone to our office if they need help getting logged on!
* Go into the wifi settings and click on NU-Guest (even if there is a checkmark next to the network, you may not have internet; in this case, follow the below steps) * Go to an internet browser * Try going to a website (I always go to a UNL based website such as innovate.unl.edu or huskeralum.org, but I'm sure this would be fine for non-UNL websites as well) * If there is a message about the browser not being trusted, click on 'show details' * In that small print, there should be a link toward the bottom to 'continue to website' * That should pop up the landing page to enter the wifi credentials
This does differ a little bit based on device, but these are the general steps I would follow to get people connected. Sorry for the confusion on this!
