Hi Craig,
On the “Travel and Accommodations” page of the conference website, you can remove the red-highlighted text from the Scarlet section to this:
The Scarlet, Lincoln Located across the street from the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center Rate: $139/night + taxes/fees (available Monday, April 28 through Saturday, May 3, 2025) While Sunday, April 27 is not included in our room block, you can add this date by booking your stay directly through Patrick Murphy, Director of Sales, The Scarlet Hotel, patrick.murphy@scarlethotelnebraska.com or (531) 300-6306. Last Day to Book: Monday, April 14, 2025 Book your group rate for Water for Food Global Conference
I also mentioned this on slack but thought I’d put it here too:
* In addition to the lunch side sessions issue, I also noticed that there are two instances of the Monday afternoon session (From Field to Forum). * You can also remove the "In-person registration includes" portion on the registration page as well: https://waterforfood.nebraska.edu/explore-our-conferences/2025-water-for-foo...
Thanks!
