I wanted to share some news with you personally: I have decided to resign from my Graduate Program Coordinator and Course Scheduling Office Associate position with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Department of Food Science and Technology. My last day will be January 16, 2024.
This decision was not made lightly, as I have greatly appreciated the opportunity to work with such a supportive team. During my time here, I have learned and grown both personally and professionally, and I am deeply grateful for the experiences and relationships I have gained.
I will be moving on to a new opportunity as the Departmental Operations Manager with the Department of Supply Chain Management and Analytics in the College of Business. This new opportunity aligns with my career aspirations, and I am excited about the challenges and growth it will bring.
Over the next two weeks, I will be working with several coworkers to wrap up my duties and train other team members as Susie and Silvana reassigns my duties until a replacement can be found. More information will be sent out on new contacts in the near future. If you have any questions, please let me know how I can help during this transition.
I wish the Department of Food Science and Technology and College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Sciences (CASNR) continued success, and I hope to stay in touch in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information after I leave.
Best Regards,
Julie Mc.
