Fall Food Innovation Center International Potluck
Who?
Faculty, Staff, Postdocs, Graduate Students and Undergraduate Students in Department of Food Science and Technology, Food Processing Center, FARRP, Nebraska Food for Health, NGMP, and NIC Business Center
When?
Wednesday, November 20 at 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Where?
Food served in FIC 103, Seating Available in FIC 111 and Student Lounge.
What is a potluck?
A potluck is a gathering where each guest contributes a dish of food that is shared by all and served buffet style.
What should I bring?
Please bring a dish of food that could feed 6-10 people. This is your opportunity to share your culture and show off your cooking skills. Can't cook? That's ok, bring something already prepared. It can be a main dish, side dish, vegetables, fruit, or dessert, or even a container of orange/apple juice.
If you have any questions, please just let me know.
