My research focuses on evaluating the quality attributes of cumin seeds after radiofrequency treatment over storage, analyzing key parameters such as moisture content, water activity, total color difference, antioxidant activity, volatile compounds, and microbial quality. I have hands-on experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance through my internship at Michael Foods and my work at the UNL Food Processing Center’s Dairy Plant.
