We've sealed these fine cheeses in wax and they can be purchased separately in 8 oz blocks, in a Nebraska-shaped gift basket, or in a gift box with crackers and summer sausage from our UNL Loeffel Meat Shoppe. This is the first time we've launched a product line that is of premium quality with wax dipping, very proud of the FPC team and our student workers for unlocking this packaging technique, it complements the elevated flavor profile of the cheddar that has been aged over two years! Please stop by our Dairy store on East campus, we'll be open through Sunday, this will make a great gift or to share as you entertain friends and family. The Redox Biology Center is pleased to invite applications for the 2025 Summer Graduate Course on Redox Regulation, Oxidative Stress and Selenoproteins. The course is scheduled from June 9-13, 2025, and will be held at the Debrecen, Hungary. The course involves lectures covering a broad range of topics in redox biology, student presentations, a compulsory poster session, and a final written exam. The course is pass/fail and provides 1 graduate level credit. This Saturday, Dec. 14th from 4:30-7 at the People's City Mission on 110 Q Street. Your family members can help serve, also! We need about ten people to fill all of the roles this day.
