Everybody in the department can use this tool (faculty, students, post-docs, staff). If you are not familiar with BioRender, it is a platform to create professional science figures and diagrams. It can be used for presentations, graphical abstracts, and even posters! If you are like me, with little to no imagination and arts skills, this is a great tool! Afternoon, We have been informed that the power will be shutting off in 15 minutes (1:55 pm). There was some sort of issue with the transformer and LES needs to shut down power in order to fix this. Anything on a RED outlet should kick over to the generator. The power should be out for about 4 hrs, so plan accordingly. Sorry for the late notice. We just found out. Hi, Many of you noticed that I've been re-scheduling a few meetings the last couple of days. So, I wanted to send an update and an explanation. My father-in-law is in hospice at home, and we are trying to take good care of him while we all prepare for the worse. I've been trying to keep up with meetings but also re-scheduling the ones that don't need immediate attention. I hope you understand. This is a difficult situation for my family and me, both physically and emotionally, so I hope you understand my absence and silence.
