Hello - We have several members of our UNL College of Education and Human Sciences Business Team visiting Pine Ridge next week. Dori Smidt, Kyle Bernadt, and Rhonda Gregory will drive to Pine Ridge on Monday, April 1, and begin their return trip on Thursday, April 4th. This is a team of people who are excited to be a part of the Peaceful Means work to eradicate sexual violence on the Pine Ridge Reservation and beyond. They work hard to meet the Peaceful Means Team where we are and have created new and revised administrative processes to support our work in South Dakota. They will be joining the instructor facilitator team on Tuesday, April 2 at 8:30 AM for morning prayer. Ramona will take them on a tour and to lunch and then Thalia will be transporting them to Crazy Horse School to observe classes in the afternoon. They will travel back to Pine Ridge with Thalia and then they will be attending the Advisory Board Meeting in the evening. On Wednesday, April 3 they will join the instructor facilitator team for prayer again at 8:30 AM and then head to Rapid City for the day, and spend the evening back in Pine Ridge. KILI Radio Show Planning Update

Hello All- I wanted to share with you that moving forward for the next 6 weeks we will be doing the KILI radio show every other week. Our schedule is on the Peaceful Means Google calendar here: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=cGVhY2VmdWxtZWFuc2NlbnRlckBnbW… We added an hour on Tuesday mornings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM before we do KILI every week. Here are the Wednesdays we will be on KILI in the near future: Wednesday, March 27 Wednesday, April 10 Wednesday, April 24 Wednesday, May 8th *We will need to let Tom Casey know in May if we are going to stick with every other week, go back to weekly programming, or something else for the summer. Thank you to everyone who has helped with this radio show in any way, whether logistical, planning, or being on the show. I could not be prouder of all of you for your growth professionally in the area of advocacy for Peaceful Means. Please keep in mind that we will need to come up with another list of about 15-20 questions we would like to cover with listeners next Tuesday when we meet. We will want everyone at the meeting on Tuesday to plan what 4 instructors are going to do each show. I would like the instructors who have not yet volunteered to think about this opportunity for themselves and be ready to move forward by signing up to help with at least one of the shows. A few weeks ago Jaylin wanted to share a bit about what kids who were in the program were saying, so I asked for the below list of quotes received from kids during post surveys.
