Information about Poster Session Participation

a, h1, h2, h3, h4 { color: #d00000; } Thank you all for your interest in participating in the Spectrum Week Poster Session.During Spectrum Week, there will be two SWIFT-specific poster sessions, and each participant will be assigned to one of them. These poster sessions are scheduled throughout the day on Monday, May 13th. They offer an excellent chance for engaging discussions on research projects, fostering dialogue between you and our audience guests.We ask that everyone upload your completed poster via the submission link below. Posters will also be posted on the website. You are responsible for printing and bringing the poster yourself.UPLOAD POSTERS HEREDeadline: May 3Please plan to complete your posters on or before May 3. That deadline will give us enough time to upload your files to the Conference website and time for you to print your poster prior to traveling. If you prefer to have your poster printed in DC so you don't have to travel with it, there is a FedEX Print location within walking distance of the hotel:FedEX Office Print, 1700 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202If you have any questions, please reach out to Emily Case, Research Project Manager with SpectrumX at the University of Notre Dame. Reminder: Registration Deadline for SWIFT PI Meeting is April 19

a, h1, h2, h3, h4 { color: #d00000; } I would like to remind you that the deadline to register for the SWIFT PI meeting is fast approaching.  The meeting is scheduled for May 13-14 in Arlington, Virginia (Hilton Arlington National Landing) and is part of the NSF Spectrum Week, which runs from May 13-17.  Please register by this Friday, April 19th.Spectrum Week information and the registration link can be found here: https://spectrumweek.org/ On the registration page, you will see three options. IEEE DySPAN Registration: If you have already registered for or would like to register for IEEE DySPAN, please use this link and add the "NSF Spectrum Week Program 2024 Access" option. NSF Spectrum Week Registration: Please use this link to register for only Spectrum Week events (except DySPAN) or only the SWIFT PI meeting. NSMA Registration: Please use this link to register for the NSMA conference (including membership). During checkout, you can bundle NSF Spectrum Week access.
