Hello all, We are exploring the possibility of implementing a mentorship program within our faculty to foster professional development, collaboration, and support among colleagues. This program aims to pair experienced faculty members with newer or less experienced colleagues to share knowledge, provide guidance, and enhance our academic community. We believe that such a program could offer numerous benefits, including:
* Enhanced professional growth and development * Improved collaboration and communication * Increased job satisfaction and retention * Strengthened sense of community and support Please feel free to share your feedback by May 30th, so we can consider all perspectives and make informed decisions. Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.
