Greetings relatives!
This is a friendly reminder that we do NOT have class tomorrow, Saturday, November 30th.
We look forward to seeing you for our last class session on Saturday, December 7. More details to come.
Please keep an eye out for some upcoming emails with important information about your Omaha trip to see Dr. Kimmerer, author of Braiding Sweetgrass (Friday December 6) and your graduation and celebration dinner (Wednesday December 18 @ 6 PM).
Kind regards, Louise I. Lynch-O’Brien UNL Entomology

Hello Relatives!
We’ll meet at 9:00 AM at the greenhouse tomorrow morning. Ted and Christian Stephenson will lead the morning, helping you transplant plants and plant more herbs. It’s expected to be chilly tomorrow morning, so please dress in layers to stay comfortable as you warm up in the greenhouse or walk over to our classroom for food.
Please take a moment to check your calendars. How many of us are available for a morning field trip on Friday, December 5, to listen to Robin Wall Kimmerer in Omaha? This would replace your regular school day, so check your class schedules—does anyone have a test or presentation scheduled for that day? Teachers can often be flexible, but only if we communicate with them in advance, so let’s avoid last-minute surprises. We’ll have guardian permission forms and an itinerary ready for you tomorrow.
Molly isn’t feeling well this week, and we’ll miss her! Molly, we hope you feel better soon.
Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
Kind regards, Louise
