The Department of Food Science and Technology announces: Discovering Food Science: The Science of Popcorn, a one-day science camp for students grades 6-12 on October 14th or 15th, 2024. Students will learn about different corn grains and how science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) are intertwined to transform corn kernels into delicious popcorn!
