Thank you to all who have already filled out the department retreat survey!

If you haven't had a chance to complete it but would still like to attend, please email me and let me know any dietary restrictions.

Deadline to respond is Wednesday, Aug. 6.

After that date, if you haven't submitted the survey or contacted me, you will NOT be included in the food count. You will still be welcome to attend the event, but please note that you will need to wait until all confirmed attendees have gone through the buffet line.
